For CoC Case Managers

Streets of Paradise is the only agency in the Continuum of Care with the express mission of providing furnishings, household goods, food and clothing to those who are being rehoused by member agencies. Our 900 square foot warehouse is stocked with a full spectrum of donated items to provide a newly re-homed individual with furnishings and supplies sufficient to make their new residence as comfortable as possible. The following guidelines will assist us in providing case managers with the best possible service for their clients.
  • Please give us as much lead time as possible. A minimum of 7 days is preferred. In emergencies, we may be able to accommodate short notice requests as best we can
  • SOP Director of Outreach, Greg Cruz, coordinates all move-ins. Please contact him as soon as possible prior to a potential re-housing at greg@streetsofparadise.org or at 941-704-3511
  • Please provide as much information as you can about the client (M/F, age, clothing and shoe sizes, favorite colors etc.). This will assist us in tailoring the goods we select to the client's tastes.
  • Please provide as much information about the home (size, bedrooms, access etc.)
  • Use the form on our site to select the items needed. It can be submitted online directly to Greg.

  • Use the text box at the bottom of the form to provide additional information and special requests.

  • SOP would appreciate it if client could sign a media release so that we can document the move for our website. This helps us with our awareness mission. The form can be downloaded from our site.This is of course entirely voluntary.
